Funny. I guess it all depends on what you do and where you're going! I sure wouldn't take knitting with me to sit on a beach in the Bahamas. But I might take a sketch pad - that's if I could draw. What do you do, gentle readers, when you are on vacation? Leave a comment.

When I travel, whether for vacation or to a workshop, I take a sketch book, pencils, and some watercolor materials (paper, paints, brushes, etc). In the evening in my room, I work on projects.
When I'm on vacation, I'm on vacation from EVERYTHING...yes, even projects! Isn't it nice to be lazy sometimes? ;)
