How about a New Year's folk art doll to banish whatever bad things or bad habits THEY want to banish in 2007? Similar to little art dolls or voodoo dolls. You can also make healing dolls or dolls to bring good luck. Even dolls to be a visual reinforcement of your New Year's Resolutions! Quick and easy - just make a wire or dowel body and then embellish it with fabric, fiber, feathers, beads, and so on and so forth. Just use embellishments that fit the theme of what you are making the doll for.
