What is an ATC??

Merrilee asks:
What is an ATC?

ATC stands for Artist Trading Card. They are normally 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" (69mm x 89mm) and can be make of a multitude of materials. The idea is for artists to trade these cards between themselves. Some even use them as business cards. There are people who sells these but then they call them ACEOs (Art Cards Editions and Originals). You can find tons of ACEOs on eBay. Selling them kind of goes against the grain of the idea of ATCs but what can you say! Here is a great website that shows examples of many different types of ATCs. Here is a good tutorial if you want to try your hand at a fabric ATC.
